Ricky is an honest, thorough, and quick mechanic who will give you a rock bottom price. He’s helpful in explaining anything that is wrong with your car and always goes out of his way to add extra touches, free of charge. He has fixed multiple things on our van for free and was incredibly kind to do so. He also will work with the MOT center around the corner to help you fix quickly and affordably anything that they happen to fail or flag as an advisory or defect. Having tried many local garages, I've definitely found what I consider to be the best one. Pricewise, Ricky is hard to beat but customer service certainly beats anybody around here. if he doesn't answer the phone immediately, just leave a message because he will get back to you. he gives you a price, tells you when to drop the car in, tells you how long it will be and it's as simple as that. It works. I've got a bit of a problem with one of our cars, but Ricky has offered to help out and look at it first without it costing me anything, which I can't praise enough. I travel past a few good garages on my way to Crawley but I'll keep returning there because I believe that excellence needs to be rewarded, and fair treatment will always get my custom. I heartily recommend this garage to anyone.read more

Ricky (WVR) was the only local garage that replied to our request for assistance on “my car needs a”
His reply was not only swift but hassle free and 100% accuracy for the estimate and invoice.
Since that initial work (alternator belt), we have been back after sound advice and fault finding by Ricky.
You can see the old parts upon collection, where Ricky can answer any questions etc.

Telephoned and was able to take car straight in. Waiting with a smile, Ricky assessed the job and discussed the cost. Part is now already on order and I am dropping car back Friday ( this time was for my convenience) to have it repaired on Friday/ Saturday. Simple, no fuss, excellent customer service.
